The above data base is unique to Cerino's Marine. It
is not a working example. It does show how the data base is
presented. In this example there are four (4) sorting
options.1: last name alphabetically organized. 2: Date
of initial inquiry. 3: boat size of interest: 4: Sales
Person assigned. The data base also allows for linking to
the initial inquiry, tracking record , or just a history of
the account. This is activated by clicking on the person's
last name. and finally emails can be generated from the
customer's email address by clicking on their email address.
The last column indicates when a reply letter was sent to
the inquirer. In this case, StoneCastle Productions
sends this letter out and it is included in the History
file.
